car wash

doing most mundane things is more fun when you have company; chopping up red peppers, doing dishes (on the phone), trailing around the supermarket in search of bandages and burn cream, delivering snakes...

my car was in desperate need of a cleansing of the funk and bugs accumulated by driving across the country. the experience was that much more enjoyable because i was having orders barked at me: "make sure you get the wheels! follow behind me! don't splash me! hey, you missed the front, come back around here! don't splash me!"

of course the weather forecast is predicting thunderstorms tomorrow. it was ever thus.
