what am i?

i am round, mostly smooth, maybe a couple of edges, just nothing pointy and pokey that would hurt. i am mostly functional and practical, but also decorative (although this is not my primary purpose). i might catch your eye, but i am not in your face; i am unobtrusive and subtle.

i am strong, solid; unbreakable. i am not going anywhere.

i am permanent.
