the bastardization of "princess". my dad used to call me this when i was a little (natural) blonde, girl. usually as i was prancing about in my pink nightie with the puffed sleeves and was begging for him to "read me another sto-reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!" i guess it still means whining, needy girl.
